Shipment Policy:

• All orders will be shipped out after the money is received and cleared.

• We use Overnight FedEX, Overnight USPS (US Postal Service), or 2 days USPS (weather permitting). LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE IS ONLY FOR OVERNIGHT SERVICES!!!

Refund or Replacement Policy:

• We guarantee 100% Live delivery.

• Guarantee will be VOID if the buyer is not available to sign for the package on the agreed date of delivery.

• However should there be any dead on arrival (DOA), we must be inform immediately via phone or email.

• An email with pictures of the DOA fish with the tail cut off is required within 2 hours of arrival. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS.

• We will refund your fish purchase price (shipping fees are NOT included) or replace with another same or better quality fish.

• Although all our packing is made for the journey at 24 hours more than the estimated duration, we cannot guarantee on DOA due to flight delay, mishandling, or any mishap caused by the shipping companies.
